Holiday Inn Express & Suites Asheville Sw - Outlet Ctr Area, An Ihg Hotel, Asheville

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its spacious and clean rooms, but the dining left something to be desired. The service was exceptional with thoughtful gestures that made our stay memorable. The convenient location made it easy to explore the area, although some aspects could be improved.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely balcony offering a scenic Mountain View. The staff, although not very helpful about rates, went above and beyond with sweet gestures like towel swans and rose petals in the room. The hotel's location was a big bonus being close to Asheville and various attractions, but it felt a bit crowded. The dining experience was okay, offering typical hotel breakfast options. Overall, a good value for money.
